Shipping:

At Living Bay Bidets, we offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the continental United States. Transit times are typically 3-7 business days through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and a variety of freight carriers. For some larger items that may require freight shipment, it may  take up to 10 days for delivery.  We will contact you via email if this is the case. 

Confirmation of order:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment of order:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  Please feel free to contact us at sales@livingbaybidets.com If you do not receive tracking information from us within 1-3 days of your order.

Damages:

Please inspect your delivery upon receiving and before signing. If you notice damages, do not sign for the package. Please contact us  as soon as possible at sales@livingbaybidets.com so the manufacturer can arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. 

If your item(s) do arrive damaged and you notice after signing, please send photos to returns@livingbaybidets.com and we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that all freight damages must be submitted to us within 2 business days (LTL) or 30 days (small Parcel) for the carrier to honor the claim.


Returns & Refunds

Cancellations and Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment that you used when placing your order.

Returns:

Unless noted otherwise in a product description, due to the hygienic nature of our products, you may return new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide you with the correct item at no cost to you. In a situation where the return is due to the buyer’s error, or the buyer no longer wants the product, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (restocking fee applicable to Brondell products only). 

Living Bay Bidets does not accept returns on bidet toilets (such as Brondell brands of bidet toilet seats and toilets.) outside of damage upon arrival due to logistical costs. Please inspect your delivery upon receiving and before signing. If you notice damages, let us know as soon as possible so the manufacturer can arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Post-purchase, we will contact you with instructions after purchase for scheduling a delivery with the carrier. As always, shipping is free. 

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the carrier, however in most cases it will take less time. This time period includes the transit time between you and us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time once we receive your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Price Match Guarantee

At Living Bay Bidets, we work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Description:

The DEBSERN.WH is a beautiful, white bidet seat meant to fit elongated toilet configurations. This user-friendly bidet seat includes a variety of simple yet powerful settings for personal hygiene and convenience. Features like front and rear warm-water cleansing, controls for adjusting temperature and pressure, as well as custom spray modes to name a few. Also included is a heated seat with temperature control, an automatic air deodorizer, and this bidet seat has a slow-close feature that keeps the seat from slamming down noisily when being closed. And there is even a nightlight for those late bathroom visits. 

Also along with the purchase of this bidet seat is an easy-to-use remote control with an illustrated touchpad that gives the users control of everything, offering even more customization with two-user memory capability and fan speed adjustment too. Along with all the great features already mentioned, the spray wand also cleans itself before and after each use to prevent contamination between uses and can be adjusted to control both location and flow rate. 

This bidet seat measures 20" long by 15-1/8" wide, and requires a 110V, 20AMP GFCI electrical outlet. For your convenience, it includes a chrome tee specifically designed to ensure a proper connection to the water supply, without diverting too much from the supply to the toilet tank. Simply remove the supply line from the tank and replace it with the included tee. Then, hook the water supply line and the bidet seat to the tee, and you'll be all set and ready to enjoy the health benefits that only a bidet can offer.
