Returns & Refunds
Cancellations and Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment that you used when placing your order.
Returns:
Unless noted otherwise in a product description, due to the hygienic nature of our products, you may return new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide you with the correct item at no cost to you. In a situation where the return is due to the buyer’s error, or the buyer no longer wants the product, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (restocking fee applicable to Brondell products only).
Living Bay Bidets does not accept returns on bidet toilets (such as Brondell brands of bidet toilet seats and toilets.) outside of damage upon arrival due to logistical costs. Please inspect your delivery upon receiving and before signing. If you notice damages, let us know as soon as possible so the manufacturer can arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Post-purchase, we will contact you with instructions after purchase for scheduling a delivery with the carrier. As always, shipping is free.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the carrier, however in most cases it will take less time. This time period includes the transit time between you and us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time once we receive your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
