Shipping

Shipping:

At Living Bay Bidets, we offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the continental United States. Transit times are typically 3-7 business days through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and a variety of freight carriers. For some larger items that may require freight shipment, it may  take up to 10 days for delivery.  We will contact you via email if this is the case. 

Confirmation of order:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment of order:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  Please feel free to contact us at sales@livingbaybidets.com If you do not receive tracking information from us within 1-3 days of your order.

Damages:

Please inspect your delivery upon receiving and before signing. If you notice damages, do not sign for the package. Please contact us  as soon as possible at sales@livingbaybidets.com so the manufacturer can arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. 

If your item(s) do arrive damaged and you notice after signing, please send photos to returns@livingbaybidets.com and we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that all freight damages must be submitted to us within 2 business days (LTL) or 30 days (small Parcel) for the carrier to honor the claim.
